Rooms were beautiful, everything was perfect. Superb breakfast - a lot of meals. Cosy hotel located just next door to the centre of the ancient town and coffee shops. Late check out too.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and the bed was comfortable. The location was central, short walk to the Old Quarter, Ha Long bay, Old Town of Hanoi. Moreover, an ornate 11th-century temple and other places worth exploring were a short way from the hotel.
